Bobbie Jean Taucher (Hayden), age 83 of Roswell, peacefully passed away on November 5, 2019. Bobbie was born to Charles and Sarah Hayden in Barberton, Ohio on January 17, 1936. She was a 1953 graduate of Barberton High School and served 2 years in the U.S. Army as a Medical Technician. Bobbie met John Taucher in 1976 and they married on January 27, 1978. They were married for 37 years before John’s passing in 2015.

Bobbie retired as a baker, but was a jack of many trades. She was a dog groomer, a seamstress, a quilter and crafter, and her favorite pastime was baking goodies for friends and family. Bobbie also loved making afghans and blankets to give to loved ones, as she was a genuinely caring person. If you know Bobbie, you know she never passed a casino she didn’t enter and loved playing her Lotto numbers.

Bobbie is survived by her daughter, Sandra Whitlow; grandson, Jake Urias; son-in-law, Mark Urias; like-a-daughter, Kim Jones; brother-in-law, William Taucher; ever competing for the #1 Niece spot, Melody Feathers and Sarah Hernandez (Feathers); and many beloved other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends from Ohio and other parts of the U.S.

She is preceded in death by her husband, John E. Taucher; son, Michael C. Whitlow; sister, Susan Ann Feathers (Hayden); brother, Charles Steven Hayden; sister, Jean Ann Hayden; mother, Sarah Susan Hayden (Unger); father, Charles Frederick Joseph Hayden.

Bobbie lived a long and happy life and will be dearly missed by many. Per her wishes, she will be cremated and there will be no services.
