Roswell Police are searching for a man accused of shooting to death another man Tuesday night.

An arrest warrant was issued early Wednesday for Eleuterio Andres Juana, 32, on charges of first-degree murder and tampering with evidence in connection with the death of Jaime Ramirez, 50, according to a press release issued by the Roswell Police Department.

A 911 call came in at 6:20 p.m. Tuesday about a shooting in the 300 block of East Sixth Street, according to police. When officers responded, they found Ramirez on the kitchen floor of the house, shot multiple times. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Multiple people were visiting and drinking at the house prior to the shooting. Investigators learned Juana and Ramirez were in the kitchen talking before Juana allegedly shot Ramirez and then fled the scene.
