Representatives with the New Mexico Finance Authority will be in Roswell Thursday to talk about low-cost financing options for qualified entities and projects.

They will be at the offices of the Roswell-Chaves County Economic Development Corp., 220 N. Main St., from 9 a.m. to noon.

NMFA representatives will talk about New Markets Tax Credits and other Finance Authority programs for qualified business, real estate development and public projects.

According to the announcement, these unique incentives can help developers and business owners gain access to a low-cost source of capital to solve a portion of their capital needs while creating significant community and economic impact in distressed areas.
