Zula Mae Ross was born December 11, 1931 in Hutto, TX to Jack and Ester Williams. She passed away January 13, 2020 in Roswell, NM.

Zula worked for the Joy Center and American linen in Roswell, NM. She moved to Kalamazoo, MI in 1983 and started working for Tendercare nursing home and then finally retired. She was a very loving mother, sister, grandma, great-grandma, great-great-grandma.

Proceeding her in death are her parents Jack and Ester Williams, Brothers: Ben Williams, Clifton Williams, George Williams, Sisters: Ida Mae Williams, Rose Lee Reese, Daughter: Linda Jackson, Grandson: Damon Jackson, Great-grandson: Danny Lee Stafford Jr., Nephew: Jack Williams Jr. III, Great nephew: Robert (Bobby) Hickman Jr, Niece: Laura Riddle, First Husband Melvin Jackson Sr., Second Husband: Sedalia M Ross.

She leaves to cherish her memories; Sisters Lula (Nancy) Byrd of Roswell, NM; Betty Jo Byrd of Oklahoma City, OK; Melvina Faulkner of Roswell, NM. Brothers Jack Williams Jr. of Dallas, TX; Larry Williams and wife Shirley of Roswell, NM,; Daughters Erma Brooks of Springfield, MI; Judy Lacey and Virgil of Carlsbad, NM; Joyce Darden and husband Murphy of Kalamazoo, MI. Sons Robert Jackson, Lloyd Jackson, Eddie Jackson Sr, James Jackson and wife Roberta all of Roswell, NM, and Melvin Jackson Jr. and wife Sabina of Elizabeth Town, KY. She also leaves 21 grandkids, 34 great-grandkids, 12 great-great-grandkids. She leaves numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends,

There will be a viewing held at Anderson Bethany on January 23, 2020, from 3pm to 7pm. There will be a service the following day, January 24, 2020 at 10am at Anderson Bethany. After the service there will be a procession to the South Park Cemetery.
