Eileen Romero, one of the lead tutors at ENMU-R’s Success Center was a recent guest speaker at Wednesday’s regular meeting of the Sunrise Optimist Club. The Success Center is located in the LRC building, 58 University Blvd., out at Eastern New Mexico University-Roswell.

This program helps students with various subjects including math, science, English, business and others. The availability of computers allows for both individual and group work with tutors available as needed. Beyond specific subject matters, there is also help with test anxiety, procrastination and other study-related habits.

The center is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Fridays from 8 a.m. to 12 noon. For more information, the center may be contacted by calling 575-624-7225.
