Apple Watches valued at $7K reported stolen

Police were dispatched to the 4500 block of North Main Street Jan. 31 at 12:57 a.m. in reference to a shoplifting. Apple Watches with a combined value of $7,097 were reported stolen.

Arrests/arrest citations

Billy Ray Castillo was charged with misuse of 911 Jan. 31 at 5:14 p.m. in the 1600 block of Stanton Avenue.

Timothy Daniel Jirovec was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs Feb. 1 at 10:58 p.m. in the 1700 block of West Second Street.

Vanessa Rene Royalty was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs Feb. 4 at 10:47 p.m. in the 1100 block of North Union Avenue.

Arson/criminal damage

An officer responded to a call in the 1900 block of Sunset Avenue Feb. 2 at 10:25 p.m. in reference to criminal damage. An apartment window valued at $300 was reported damaged.

An officer responded to a call in the 1300 block of North Sycamore Avenue Feb. 3 at 10:27 a.m. A 2017 Chevrolet was reported to have sustained $1,300 in damage. Two rear windows and a windshield were reported damaged.

Police responded to a residential alarm in the 500 block of North Sycamore Avenue Feb. 2 at 10:57 a.m. A door frame valued at $500 was reported damaged.

An officer responded Feb. 3 at 10:53 a.m. to the 2000 block of West Second Street in reference to criminal damage. A door frame, a TV remote, a wired telephone and a dresser drawer, with a combined value of $300, were reported damaged.

An officer was dispatched to the 1500 block of South Union Avenue Feb. 6 at 6:38 p.m. in reference to criminal damage. A windshield valued at $450 on a 1997 Chevy was reported damaged.

Larceny/theft

An officer responded to a call in the 500 block of South Montana Avenue Jan. 31 at midnight in reference to a larceny from a vehicle. Welding equipment with a combined value of $1,436 was reported stolen.

A detective responded to a call in the 200 block of North Main Street Jan. 31 at 8:56 a.m. in reference to a larceny. A propane tank valued at $300 was reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched to the 3300 block of Bandolina Avenue Jan. 31 at 5:14 p.m. in reference to the unlawful taking of a trailer valued at $1,000.

An officer responded to the zero block of East Eyman Street Jan. 31 at 7:27 p.m. in reference to the burglary of a 2016 Dodge Charger. A purse, cash, a credit card and a driver’s license with a combined value of $230 were reported stolen.

Police were dispatched to the 800 block of North Virginia Avenue Feb. 1 at 9:13 a.m. in reference to a larceny. Two propane tanks with a combined value of $500 were reported stolen.

An officer responded to the 100 block of Twin Diamond Drive Feb. 1 at 10:44 a.m. in reference to a larceny. An Arlo Pro camera and a solar panel, with a combined value of $49.94 were reported stolen.

Police were dispatched to the 300 block of North Pennsylvania Avenue Feb. 1 at 6:01 p.m. in reference to a larceny. A Roadmaster mountain bike valued at $100 was reported stolen.

An officer responded to a call in the 4000 block of North Main Street Feb. 1 at 8:45 p.m. in reference to an in-progress shoplifting. An assortment of clothing items valued at $140 were reported stolen.

Police were dispatched to the 1100 block of Rancho Road Feb. 2 at 4:38 a.m. in reference to a robbery with a knife. A Phoenix cellular phone valued at $55 was reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched to the zero block of West Earl Cummings Loop Feb. 2 at 7:07 a.m. in reference to a larceny. An instrument cluster valued at $400 was reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched to the 500 block of West McGaffey Street Feb. 3 at 10:42 p.m. in reference to a larceny. A Samsung cellular phone valued at $200 was reported stolen.

Police responded to a call in the 3000 block of Riverside Drive Feb. 5 at 10:02 a.m. in reference to a burglary. A PlayStation 4 and an Oculus Quest with two controllers, with a combined value of $800, were reported stolen. Doors with a combined total of $450 were reported stolen.

Roswell Police Department was notified on Feb. 5 at 4:40 p.m. of a larceny that occurred in the 1100 block of West Summit Street. A .38 special handgun was reported stolen from a vehicle.

An officer responded to a call in the 2001 block of South Sunset Avenue Feb. 6 at 3:19 p.m. in reference to a burglary of a 2014 Toyota. Reported stolen were two wallets and several drivers’ licenses and credit cards with a combined value of $229.

Police responded to the 2000 block of Mesa Avenue Feb. 6 at 4:29 p.m. in reference to a larceny. A money order, a wallet, an I.D. card, a Social Security card, an EBT card and a medical card with a combined value of $143.10 were reported stolen.
