A US Army Veteran, RODNEY CLIFFORD KEYES, 81, passed away from this earth to the Kingdom of Heaven on Monday, February 3, 2020. Celebrate Rodney’s life by visiting www.andersonbethany.com to offer a memory or expression of sympathy for his family.

There will be a celebration of life for Rod with his friends and family at a later date.

Rodney (Rod) was born on December 30, 1938, in Seattle, Washington, to Albert Keyes and Viola Merager. His loving grandmother, Doris Merager, helped raise him. Rod was the husband of Sharon Keyes, whom he married on October 19, 1972, in Roseburg, Oregon. Prior to retirement, he worked as a mechanic and salesman. Rodney had a wonderful sense of humor, he also had a quick wit and was a “Mr. Fixit” that could fix anything. Rod loved selling cars, he was so very happy meeting and selling the perfect car to the many people he encountered.

SURVIVORS: Rodney left behind his loving wife, Sharon L. Keyes; his cherished friends; many nieces and nephews; as well as his brothers-in-law: Robert Vie and Curtis Vie.

PRECEDED: Preceding Rodney in death were his mother, Viola Merager; along with grandparents: Olin and Doris Merager.
