SERVICES: There will be a Memorial Service at Westminister Presbyterian Church, 2801 W. 4th Street, Roswell, NM, on Saturday, February 29, 2020, at 10:00 AM

On November 30, 1930, Joe was born to Joe A. Mondragon and Mary Torrez in Trinidad, Colorado. He enlisted in the United States Army at Camp Carson Colorado and served many years with the Honor Guard. During Joe’s military service, he was given several awards and several certifications. He married Goldene Mondragon on June 15, 1993, in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Prior to retirement, Joe worked as a teacher and a truck driver. He was a life member of the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Disabled American Veterans, 40&8 Voiture, and the Fraternal Order of Eagles.

SURVIVORS: To mourn Joe’s loss is his loving wife, Goldene Mondragon; and many family members and friends.
