JOHN DONALD WESLEY, 77, passed away on Monday, February 17, 2020, at his home in Roswell, NM. Please take a moment and share a kind thought or memory with John’s family at www.andersonbethany.com.

SERVICES: There will be a Viewing for John at Anderson Bethany Funeral Home on Friday, February 28, 2020, from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, followed by a Rosary at 6:00 PM. A Memorial Service will be held at Assumption Catholic Church on Saturday, February 29, 2020, at 11:00 AM.

On October 10, 1942, John was born to John D. Wesley and Jessie Kazmierczak in Toledo, Ohio. He was the beloved husband of Carla Vasko Wesley, whom he married on December 10, 1994, in Perrysburg, Ohio. John worked for Geddis Brothers, ES Wagner and SE Johnson in Ohio, and Ag Enterprises in Roswell, NM. He was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church. John was part of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 18. He loved spending time with his family and friends. John enjoyed collecting tools, working with mechanical equipment, and going to auctions and flea markets. He could fix nearly everything, recently coordinating the building of his final home. SURVIVORS: Left behind to treasure their memories of John are his wife, Carla Vasko Wesley; children: John R. Wesley, Todd (Rachel) Wesley, and Robert (April) Wesley, Christine Jenne; grandchildren: Jackie Wesley, Matthew Wesley, Alexa Wesley, and Todd Jr. Wesley, Jordon Isley, Jayden Jenne; great-grandchild, Ryker Isley; siblings: Phillip (Marilyn) Wesley, Anthony Kasmierczak, Sandra (Doug) Proturo, Sue Kazmierczak; close friends, Robert Jenkins and Jenny Wesley; as well as many loving pets.

PRECEDED: Preceding John in death are his parents, John Wesley and Jessie Kazmierczak; sisters: Shirley Wesley and Rosemary Reyome; and friend, Jeane Jenkins.

John’s family would like to extend a special “Thank You” to Encompass Home Health, Kindred Hospice, Leandra Finney CNP, and Dr. Nazon.
