Literacy Council’s Knowledge Bowl winners

On Sunday, Feb. 23, the annual Roswell Literacy Council Knowledge Bowl was held at the Roswell JOY Center with several teams competing. This year’s first-place winning team was the Mid Day Lions Club, second-place team was the American Legion Post 61.

Congratulations to all teams who participated in this year’s event. The Roswell Literacy Council would like to thank JOY Center staff for use of their facility, and also all sponsors — Albertson’s, Altrusa International, Fraternal Order of the Eagles, Excel Energy, Farmers Market North and Sam’s Club — and everyone who helped make this a successful event.
