Arrests/arrest citations

Franchesca Nadine Romero was charged with controlled substances; possession prohibited, Feb. 29 at 10:09 p.m. in the 1300 block of West Second Street.

Faith Overton was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs March 1 at 12:36 a.m. in the 100 block of East Ninth Street.

Ivan Luna was charged with controlled or counterfeit substance; distribution prohibited, March 3 at 10:02 a.m. in the 200 block of East Hobbs Street.

Matthew Artiaga was charged with controlled substances; possession prohibited, March 5 at 2:15 a.m. in the 1100 block of South Washington Avenue.

Fernando Jara was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs, March 5 at 5:49 a.m. in the 2100 block of North Main Street.

Adam Jaramillo was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs March 5 at 10:53 p.m. in the 500 block of Orchard Avenue.

Arson/criminal damage

Police were dispatched to the 100 block of East 21st Street Feb. 28 at 8:37 a.m. in reference to criminal damage. A window valued at $400 was reported damaged.

An officer was dispatched to the zero block of Victoria Court Feb. 28 at 7:16 p.m. in reference to criminal damage. A front door valued at $200 was reported damaged.

Police responded to the 600 block of Sycamore Avenue Feb. 20 at 6:02 p.m. in reference to criminal damage. A 2014 Ford Mustang sustained $100 worth of damage.

An officer was dispatched to the 2800 block of North Main Street March 1 at 12:11 p.m. in reference to criminal damage. A catalytic converter valued at $200 was reported stolen from a 2019 Ford.

Police responded to a call in the 100 block of South Washington Avenue March 1 at 8:04 a.m. in reference to criminal damage. A car window valued at $1,000 was reported damaged.

Police responded to a call in the 900 block of West Hickory Drive March 4 at 8:49 p.m. in reference to criminal damage. A glass door valued at $250 was reported damaged.

An officer was flagged down March 5 at 12:20 a.m. in the 2000 block of West First Street in reference to criminal damage. Stucco on a residence sustained $500 in damage.

Larceny/theft

An officer responded to the 700 block of Dora Drive Feb. 29 at 5:30 p.m. in reference to a civil matter. A flat-screen TV, a camera and documents with a combined value of $121 were reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched to the 3300 block of North Main Street Feb. 28 at 3:03 p.m. in reference to a larceny from buildings. A New Mexico ID card, a Social Security card, First Convenience Bank debit card, prescriptions for Adderall and Xanax, two pairs of Nike shoes, Gucci perfume, jewelry and name brand clothing, with a combined value of $4,150, were reported stolen.

Police were dispatched to the 3000 block of Vassar Drive Feb. 29 at 11:30 a.m. in reference to a vehicle burglary of a 2001 Ford F-150 and a 2007 Dodge Durango. Two sets of vehicle keys with a combined value of $200 were reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched to the 1600 block of Juniper Street March 1 at 2:18 p.m. in reference to a stolen 2019 Toyota Camry.

Police were dispatched to the 1200 block of Camino Real March 2 at 5:18 p.m. Cash in the amount of $200 was reported stolen.

Police responded to a call March 2 at 6:04 p.m. in the zero block of A Street in reference to a larceny. An Xbox 360 valued at $100 was reported stolen.

An officer responded to a call in the 200 block of East 19th Street March 3 at 7:02 a.m. in reference to a larceny. A Cannondale high-performance bicycle, a “Ghost” commuter bicycle, a bike rack and a bike lock cable, with a combined value of $5,400, were reported stolen.

Police were dispatched to the 1400 block of Second Street March 3 at 10:33 a.m. in reference to a vehicle burglary. Tools with a combined value of $4,675 were reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched to the 2100 block of West Second Street March 4 at 3:53 a.m. in reference to a commercial alarm. A 2019 Toyota Sienna and a 2015 Nissan were each reported stolen. Multiple van keys with a combined value of $200 were also reported stolen.

Police were dispatched to the 4500 block of North Main Street March 4 at 6:29 a.m. in reference to shoplifting. A car seat valued at $99.02 was reported stolen.

An officer responded to a call in the 1200 block of Harding Drive March 4 at 4:35 p.m. in reference to a larceny that occurred in the 3100 block of North Main Street. A funeral flower arrangement valued at $400 was reported stolen.

Police were dispatched to the 300 block of South Beech Avenue March 4 at 7:14 p.m. in reference to a vehicle burglary of a 1999 Dodge pickup truck. A Harley Davidson wallet valued at $120 and cash in the amount of $150 were reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched to the 400 block of South Pine Avenue March 5 at noon. A Toshiba television valued at $200 and a Roku streaming device valued at $50 were reported stolen.

Police were dispatched to the 2800 block of North Main Street March 5 at 1:30 p.m. A wallet valued at $10 and $500 in cash were reported stolen.
