Newspapers reported stolen on West Second Street

The following public records are from the Roswell Police Department and can be viewed at rpdp2c.org. All people arrested or cited are presumed innocent.

Police responded to a call March 13 at 6:30 a.m. in the 800 block of West Second Street in reference to a larceny. Newspapers with a combined value of $7.50 were reported stolen.

Arrests/arrest warrants

Edward Patrick Gustamantes was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs March 8 at 3:11 a.m. in the 100 block of North Main Street.

Samanda Jobe was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs March 8 at 6:24 p.m. in the 3200 block of South Main Street.

Michael Cedillo was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs March 12 at 12:04 a.m. in the 300 block of East Bonney Street.

Jennifer Renee Samora was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs March 12 at 4:05 a.m. in the 200 block of North Main Street.

Arson/criminal damage

Police were dispatched to the 700 block of Jaffa Street March 9 at 8:01 a.m. in reference to criminal damage of a 2017 jeep. The vehicle doors, front windshield and driver’s-side and front-rear windows sustained a combined $775 in damage.

Police responded March 9 at 11:46 a.m. to a report of criminal damage in the 600 block of South Kansas Avenue. Cabinets, front and back doors and drywall sustained damage with a combined value of $2,500.

An officer was dispatched to the zero block of Lafayette Loop March 10 at 1:54 p.m. in reference to criminal damage. The paint on a 2002 Chevy was reported scratched or keyed resulting in an estimated $2,000 in damage.

An officer was dispatched to the 100 block of South Stanton Avenue March 11 at 6:20 p.m. in reference to an attempted burglary. A window valued at $375 was reported damaged.

Police responded to a call in the 300 block of East Country Club Road March 13 at 12:52 a.m. in reference to removing a subject. A window screen valued at $100 was reported damaged.

Larceny/theft

Police were dispatched to the 100 block of North Lea Avenue March 8 at 12:27 p.m. in reference to a larceny. Cash in the amount of $300 was reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched to the 1100 block of South Main Street March 6 at 5:43 p.m. An iPad 2 valued at $800 was reported stolen.

Police were dispatched to the 1100 block of South Main Street March 6 at 9:28 p.m. in reference to shoplifting. Wood pallets with a combined value of $100 and a half pallet valued at $50 were reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched to the 500 block of South Missouri Avenue in reference to the burglary of a 2020 Hyundai. A school bag valued at $100 and a briefcase valued at $100 were both reported stolen.

Police responded to a burglary forced entry March 7 at 8:38 p.m. in the 400 block of West Tilden Street. Rings valued at $300 and a 32-inch TV valued at $128 were reported stolen.

An officer responded to the 200 block of West Deming Street March 7 at 8:16 p.m. in reference to a burglary call. A Harbor Freight electric saw, a car battery charger, various electric drills, pipe wrenches, a vape pen, a backpack, a blanket, a purse and a Swiss Army ax, with a combined value of $225 were reported stolen.

Police were dispatched to the 1000 block of South Main Street March 10 at 12:47 p.m. in reference to a vehicle burglary. A battery valued at $200 and some vehicle wiring were reported stolen.

An officer responded to a call of a robbery with a firearm March 12 at 8:42 a.m. in the 500 block of Cypress Avenue. An LG cellphone valued at $500 and some keys were reported stolen.
