A man from Oklahoma was arrested Friday after he allegedly robbed a bank in Roswell.
Randy Matthew Peraza, 47, of Oklahoma City, was arrested on a federal probable cause complaint accusing him of robbing the Pioneer Bank at 306 N. Pennsylvania Ave. at 10:30 a.m, according to a press release from the FBI.
The FBI is leading the investigation into the incident.
No one was injured during the robbery, the press release states.
Peraza was arrested shortly after the robbery by Roswell Police and taken into FBI custody soon thereafter. The police department is located about a block from the bank.

Minutes after the robbery, police units were parked outside the bank and members of the police department’s Technical Services Unit were on the scene.
Peraza is scheduled to have an initial appearance in U.S. District Court in Roswell Monday at 10:30 a.m.
No electronic court records about Peraza were available before press time Friday.
