Jeff Lynn, head football coach from Roswell High School, spoke to the Sunrise Optimist Club at a recent meeting. Coach Lynn’s insightful and informative talk focused on the need for every student to be involved in some kind of planned activity. This might include sports, church activities, common interest clubs, etc.; something that will occupy their time and allow them to gain some social knowledge and have face to face interaction at the same time.

They need to belong and be part of a group that is already present, but parents, schools, churches, and the community affect whether this is a positive or negative connection.

Coach Lynn also gave a little insight on the possible make-up of next year‘s football team. He made no predictions, but he did say Roswell High would definitely be in the hunt.
