Downtown building sustains 50K in damage

Arrests/citations

Steven Antony Sedillo was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs March 22 at 12:41 a.m. in the 700 block of North Atkinson Avenue.

Christina Poulin was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs March 24 at 4:30 p.m. in the 1200 block of West Second Street.

Joe Anthony Perez-Najar was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs March 26 at 2:35 a.m. in the 100 block of West 13th Street.

 

Arson/criminal damage

An officer responded March 21 at 8:28 a.m. to the 200 block of West Deming Street in reference to criminal damage to two vehicles. Tires valued at $50; a gas tank valued at $200 and a windshield valued at $250 were reported damaged.

Police were dispatched to the 200 block of East Lewis Street March 21 at 3:15 p.m. in reference to criminal damage of a 2002 Ford F-150. Miscellaneous household items with a combined value of $200, a mirror valued at $100, a front bedroom door valued at $100, a screen door valued at $300, a picture frame valued at $200, and a truck rear window valued at $400 were reported damaged.

An officer responded March 21 at 5:01 a.m. to a commercial alarm and attempted burglary in the 4500 block of North Main Street. The east side of a building sustained damage valued at $50,000.

Police were dispatched March 21 at 6:07 a.m. to the 800 block of North Main Street in reference to a commercial alarm and attempted burglary. A building sustained damage valued at $7,000.

Police responded March 22 at 4:15 p.m. to a call in the 3100 block of Onate Road in reference to a burglary forced entry. Vanity lights, light pendants and a door and door jam with a combined value of $1,400 were reported damaged.

An officer was dispatched March 23 at 7:52 a.m. to the 1800 block South Pennsylvania Avenue in reference to a vehicle burglary of a 2012 Toyota. A wallet valued at $20, a Goddard baseball jersey valued at $40, and a Louisville slugger baseball bat valued at $30 were reported stolen. A window, valued at $700, was also reported damaged.

An officer responded March 24 at 9:01 a.m. to the 1200 block of East Beech Street to a call in reference to criminal damage. A window valued at $300 was reported damaged.

Police were dispatched to the 1300 block of Highland Road March 24 at 6:10 a.m. in reference to a vehicle burglary of a 2014 Chevy pickup truck. A window valued at $300 was reported damaged.

An officer was dispatched to the 200 block of East Van Buren Street March 24 at 6:51 a.m. in reference to an attempted vehicle burglary. A back passenger window, valued at $200, on a 2020 Hyundai was reported damaged.

Police responded March 24 at 7:58 a.m. in the 800 block of North Washington Avenue to a vehicle burglary. A vehicle’s passenger side window, valued at $400, was reported damaged and $50 in cash was reported stolen.

An officer responded to a call in the 1400 block of West Seventh Street March 24 at 8:11 a.m. in reference to criminal damage to a 2013 GMC. A driver’s side window, valued at $250, was reported damaged.

Police were dispatched March 24 at 7:43 p.m. to the 200 block of Church Street in reference to a possible attempted vehicle burglary and criminal damage to a 2016 Hyundai Elantra. A driver’s side door lock, valued at $300, was reported damaged.

An officer was dispatched March 26 at 4:45 a.m. to the 1400 block of West Second Street in reference to a burglary. A front window valued at $1,500 was reported damaged. A glass smoking device, valued at $30, was reported stolen.

Police were flagged down in the 1600 block of West Second Street March 25 at 10:08 p.m. in reference to an alarm. An entryway door valued at $250 was reported damaged.

Police responded to a call March 26 at 11:49 a.m. in the 1100 block of South Pennsylvania Avenue in reference to a domestic disturbance. A house window valued at $150 was reported damaged.

 

Larceny/theft

An officer was dispatched to the 2000 block of Davis Avenue March 20 at 5:53 p.m. in reference to a larceny of a vehicle. A 2007 Chrysler was reported stolen.

Police responded to a vehicle burglary March 20 at 5:45 p.m. in the 400 block of Park Drive. A Colt 1911 firearm with an estimated value of $300 was reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched to the zero block of F Street March 22 at 8:19 p.m. in reference to a larceny from a building. An LG Stylo 5 mobile phone, valued at $200, was reported stolen.

Officers responded to a call March 22 at 12:51 p.m. in the 2300 block of North Main Street in reference to a burglary forced entry. Power and hand tools valued at $509.99; a Ryobi One string trimer valued at $69; a Weed eater valued at $299; a Ryobi leaf blower valued at $39.97; and a fire extinguisher valued at $20 were all reported stolen.

Police were dispatched to the 1800 block of South Pennsylvania Avenue March 23 at 7:52 a.m. in reference to a vehicle burglary of a 2017 Toyota. A wallet valued at $50, a makeup bag valued at $100 and $600 in cash were reported stolen.

Police were dispatched to the zero block of Briarwood Place March 23 at 11:56 a.m. in reference to a larceny. Cash in the amount of $600, a Louis Vuitton bag valued at $85 and a Roku 45-inch TV valued at $250 were reported stolen.

Officers were dispatched to West Second Street March 23 at 2:09 p.m. in reference to a larceny that took place in the 1200 block of West Hobbs Street. A Border Collie dog valued at $100 was reported stolen.

An officer responded March 24 at 9:26 a.m. to a larceny in the 800 block of North Heights Drive. A lawnmower valued at $100 and a package containing a debit card, valued at $10, were reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched to the 500 block of Willow Drive March 25 at 5:12 p.m. in reference to a larceny. Two cameras, with a combined value of $230, were reported stolen.

Police were dispatched to the 4500 block of North Main Street March 26 at 8 p.m. in reference to an aggravated assault. Multiple items with a combined value of $888.42 were reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched to the 3100 block of North Main Street March 26 at 6:37 a.m. in reference to a burglary forced entry. A Surface Pro 7 laptop valued at $699, a Dewalt saw valued at $200, an Impact Driver valued at $250, and a cordless drill valued at $200 were reported stolen.
