Beginning Monday, city of Roswell offices that have remained operational will have staff present to receive phone calls from the public from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, including during the lunch hour, according to a press release issued by the city.

In addition to increasing departments’ availability to assist the public by phone while most city offices are closed to in-person public access, this schedule will also allow for staggered working hours, reducing the number of employees working in the office space at any given time, the press release states.
