American Airlines is temporarily suspending its Phoenix flights from and to the Roswell Air Center after April 6 because of a dramatic reduction in the amount of travel during the current coronavirus-related public-health situation.

The Dallas-Fort Worth flights from and to Roswell will continue, but there may be a reduced number of those at times, according to a press release issued by the city Wednesday.

Passengers should check with American Airlines at aa.com or 1-800-433-7300 as their scheduled flights approach in order to determine any status changes, the press release states.
