Bringing creatures ‘to life’

Juno Ogle Photo Tasia Ramage touches up a lily pad Wednesday afternoon in the mural she painted on the floor of the children’s section of the Roswell Public Library. While the library is closed due to the coronavirus pandemic, Ramage has extended the koi pond mural she painted in February to depict a river scene along the windows featuring koi, frogs, snails and more that children will be able to identify and count. Ramage said it took about 40 hours to paint the mural. Over the next couple of days, she will apply a resin to seal the mural and give it a three-dimensional appearance.
