SERVICES: There will be a Viewing for Enrique at Anderson Bethany Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 29, 2020, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Services will be held at a later date and time.

On May 17, 1935, Enrique was born to Ydelfonso and Raquel Gamboa in Deming, New Mexico. He was the beloved husband of Maria Irma Gamboa, whom he married on May 25, 1982, in Roswell, New Mexico. Enrique was very blessed to have a large family, and he genuinely loved each one of them. Enrique loved his job of an underground miner.

Enrique was one of those special men who truly knew what life was all about. He loved to hunt, go deep-sea fishing, and was a great cook. Enrique loved to watch western movies. He enjoyed sports and watching his favorite teams play. Enrique was a fan of the Bengals football team and the Dodgers baseball team. His greatest joy in life was spending time with his beautiful wife and children, but most of all, with his grandchildren, he adored them. Enrique’s great sense of humorous personality made him a unique person. His jokes always kept his family and friends laughing. Enrique was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed not only by his family and friends but by all those fortunate enough to have known him.

SURVIVORS: Those left to cherish unforgettable memories of Enrique are his loving wife of thirty-seven years, Maria Irma Gamboa; children: Joe, Linda, Franky, Graciela, Henry (Kikin), Fernando, Bertha, Erika, Roman, Lucy, and Monica; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
