The students of the National Dance Institute of New Mexico present for the first time their annual gala as a virtual online experience on May 9 at 5:30 p.m., with access to the event on the NDI-NM website.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, NDI New Mexico will be hosting the virtual gala as a “ive event, which will feature a joyful celebration of NDI New Mexico’s statewide impact, including a newly choreographed finale featuring hundreds of dancers, special guest appearances and an opportunity for donors to support ongoing youth development and dance education for children across New Mexico.

NDI New Mexico is founded with the knowledge that the arts have a unique power to engage and motivate children. The purpose of its programs is to help children develop discipline, a standard of excellence and a belief in themselves that will carry over into all aspects of their lives. NDI New Mexico’s programs teach the core four values, encouraging children to do their best, never give up, work hard and be healthy. For more information, call 505-557-6047 or visit ndi-nm.org.
