Four wheels stolen from vehicle on East McGaffey

The following public records are from the Roswell Police Department and can be viewed at rpdp2c.org. All people arrested or cited are presumed innocent.

 

An officer responded to a call May 20 at 6:17 p.m. in the 200 block of East McGaffey Street in reference to a larceny of vehicle parts or accessories. Four wheels with a combined value of $1,400 on a 2008 Ford Focus were reported stolen.

 

Arrests/citations

Erique Andrew Matta was charged May 16 at 1:16 a.m. with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs in the zero block of East Morningside Drive.

Teddy Joe Trujillo was charged with driving while license suspended or revoked May 16 at 3:54 a.m. in the 300 block of West Tilden Street.

Darian Hutchinson was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs May 16 at 5:30 a.m. in the 100 block of East McGaffey Street.

Michael Fajardo was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs May 16 at 6:20 p.m.

Victoria Danielle Montoya was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs May 17 at 6:41 a.m. in the 3100 block of North Garden Avenue.

Lorena Ruiz Beltran was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs May 20 at 7:07 a.m. in the 1000 block of North Virginia Avenue.

Jeffrey Daniel Chacon was charged with probation violation, resisting evading or obstructing an officer, and shooting at a dwelling or occupied building from a motor vehicle May 21 at 4:21 p.m. in the 400 block of West Summit Street.

Josue Solarzano was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs May 21 at 9:39 p.m. in the 900 block of East Second Street.

Rocky Albert Lucero was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs May 22 at 1:57 a.m. in the 400 block of South Washington Avenue.

 

Criminal damage

Police were dispatched to the zero block of Bent Tree Road May 16 at 12:22 p.m. in reference to a domestic disturbance. A house wall valued at $300 was reported damaged.

An officer responded to a call in the 1600 block of North Union Avenue May 17 at 8:46 a.m. in reference to criminal damage. A front door valued at $200 was reported damaged.

Police were dispatched May 17 at 6:44 p.m. to the 600 block of South Sycamore Avenue in reference to criminal damage. A window valued at $300 was reported damaged.

An officer was dispatched to the 300 block of West Mescalero Road May 19 at 6:10 p.m. in reference to criminal damage. A 2016 Chevy Silverado reportedly sustained $1,200 in damage after its paint was keyed.

Police were dispatched to the 3400 block of South Union Avenue May 19 at 11:11 p.m. in reference to criminal damage. A back passenger-side window valued at $300 on a 2013 Chevy Tahoe was reported damaged.

An officer responded May 20 at 4:15 p.m. to a call in the 1700 block of West Alameda Street in reference to criminal damage. A vehicle hood valued at $500 on a 2011 Ford Taurus was reported damaged.

Police were dispatched to the 3000 block of North Main Street May 21 at 4:39 a.m. in reference to criminal damage. A single-pane window valued at $200 was reported damaged.

An officer responded May 21 at 5:10 a.m. to a call in the 1700 block of West Summit Street in reference to criminal damage. A driver-side window valued at $200 in a 2014 Ford was reported damaged.

Police were dispatched May 22 at 4:29 a.m. to the 100 block of South Ohio Avenue in reference to criminal damage. A window valued at $250 was reported damaged.

 

Larceny/theft

Officers responded to a call in the 2700 block of North Washington Avenue May 15 at 3:42 a.m. in reference to the unlawful taking of a 2017 Ram vehicle.

An officer was dispatched to the 400 block of West Country Club Road May 15 at 12:31 p.m. in reference to a larceny. An iPhone valued at $300 was reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched to the 1900 block of South Sunset Avenue May 15 at 9:38 p.m. in reference to a stolen 1994 Chevy pickup truck.

Police responded to a call in the 2500 block of North Michigan Avenue May 16 at 3:49 p.m. in reference to a burglary forced entry. A toolbox valued at $50, a Tens machine muscle stimulator valued at $30 and miscellaneous merchandise valued at $50 were all reported stolen.

An officer responded May 17 at 1:17 a.m. in the 3600 block of North Main Street in reference to a traffic stop involving a 2019 Jeep Cherokee that was reported stolen.

Police were dispatched to the 300 block of Sherrill Lane May 18 at 4:09 p.m. in response to a larceny. A table and two chairs with a combined value of $149 were reported stolen.

An officer responded May 19 at 12:03 a.m. to a burglary non-forced in the 2900 block of West Fruitland Drive. A Zales diamond ring valued at $450 and cash in the amount of $1,200 were both reported stolen.

Officers responded May 19 at 12:36 a.m. to a vehicle burglary in the 600 block of Cobean Drive. Cash in the amount of $150 was reported stolen.

Police were dispatched May 19 at 9:40 p.m. in the 400 block of East Bland Street in reference to a larceny from buildings. An Insignia Microsoft laptop valued at $250 was reported stolen.

Police were dispatched to the 1400 block of South Washington Avenue May 21 at 4:06 a.m. in reference to a stolen 2010 Dodge vehicle.
