Dinosaur vertebrae among items stolen from vehicle

The following public records are from the Roswell Police Department and can be viewed at rpdp2c.org. All people arrested or cited are presumed innocent.

 

An officer was dispatched May 23 at 7:30 a.m. to the 2200 block of North Main Street in reference to a vehicle burglary of a 2002 Geo. Three totes each valued at $10, a wooden cigarette box containing cigars valued at $100, $1,000 in cash, a jewelry box containing jewelry with a combined value of $1,000, a drone valued at $60, an antique crystal lamp valued at $200, an antique inkwell valued at $2,000, a pair of original Levi’s pants valued at $1,300, an antique Bible valued at $200, a Mormon book from 1906 valued at $2,000, a Beatles record collection with a combined value of $2,000, photos valued at $10, a rock valued at $100, dinosaur vertebrae valued at $1,000 and a leather jacket valued at $100 were all reported stolen. Some of the items were recovered.

Rocky Lucero was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs May 22 at 1:57 a.m. in the 400 block of South Washington Avenue.

Victor Barron was charged with unlawful taking of a motor vehicle May 22 at 11:30 a.m. in the 3700 block of South Atkinson Avenue.

Yolanda Stephanierae Patino was charged with controlled substances possession prohibited, failure to appear and concealing identity May 22 at 10:40 p.m. in the 400 block of West Second Street.

Martin Joe Molina was charged May 22 at 10:59 p.m. with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs in the 400 block of West Second Street.

Nazario Ortega was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs May 23 at 2:20 a.m. in the 1300 block of North Main Street.

Dominic Tramane Thomas was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs May 23 at 11:42 p.m. in the 700 block of North Lea Avenue.

Jennifer Tavarez was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs May 24 at 1:52 a.m. in the 400 block of East Matthews Street.

Jimmy James Galvan was charged with controlled substances possession prohibited May 28 at 12:35 a.m. in the 900 block of South Kentucky Avenue.

Isabel Carbajal-Sandoval was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs May 28 at 4:20 a.m. in the 1600 block of South Main Street.

 

Arson/criminal damage

An officer was dispatched to the 100 block of South Ohio Avenue May 22 at 4:29 a.m. in reference to criminal damage. A window valued at $250 was reported damaged.

Police responded to a call May 22 at 1:17 p.m. in the 200 block of East McGaffey Street in reference to criminal damage on a 2006 Ford. A window valued at $200 was reported damaged.

Police were dispatched May 26 at 9:46 a.m. to the 500 block of East 19th Street in reference to a burglary forced entry. A chainlink fence valued at $200 was reported damaged.

An officer was dispatched May 25 at 11:06 a.m. to the 800 block of Agate Road in reference to a breaking and entering. A window valued at $200 was reported damaged.

Police were dispatched May 26 at 2:54 a.m. to the zero block of Van Leuven Place in reference to an unknown trouble. A 2001 Honda was reported damaged.

Police were dispatched to the 1000 block of Fern Drive May 27 at 6:33 p.m. in reference to damaged property. A center hubcap cover valued at $500 on a 2006 Ford F-150 pickup was reported stolen and wheel studs on the vehicle, also valued at $500, were reported damaged. An eagle top for a flag was also reported damaged.

An officer was dispatched May 27 at 11:59 a.m. to the 2800 block of Onate Road in reference to a subject shooting a pellet gun. Two windows with a combined value of $1,600 were reported damaged.

Police were dispatched to the zero block of East Byrne Street May 28 at 12:55 a.m. in reference to criminal damage. A window and windshield, each valued at $300, on two vehicles were reported damaged.

An officer responded to 2800 South Purdue Street May 28 at 1:37 a.m. in reference to an intoxicated subject call. A door frame valued at $200 was reported damaged.

 

Burglary/fraud/theft

An officer was dispatched May 25 at 2 p.m. to the 1700 block of Southeast Main Street in reference to a vehicle burglary. A PA stereo system valued at $600 and a DoorDash tablet valued at $500 was reported stolen.

Police were dispatched to the 4500 block of North Main Street May 23 at 3:43 p.m. in reference to shoplifting. Miscellaneous merchandise with a combined value of $180.67 was reported stolen.

An officer made contact with the manager of an 1100 South Main Street store May 24 at 5:30 p.m. in reference to fraud. The store manager reported that an elderly couple came into the store and attempted to pay using a counterfeit $50 bill.

Police responded May 24 at 6 p.m. to a call in the zero block of Lighthall Place in reference to a burglary. A washer, dryer and refrigerator, each valued at $500 were reported stolen.

Officers were dispatched to the 5000 block of North Main Street May 26 at 5:13 p.m. in reference to shoplifting. Ariat boots valued at $189, five butane torches valued at $18.99 each and five jigsaw blades each valued at $19.99 were reported stolen.

An officer responded to a call in the 1300 block of North Missouri Avenue May 27 at 9:31 a.m. in reference to the larceny of a bicycle. A Khaos bicycle valued at $180 was reported stolen.

Police responded to a call in the zero block of Jerry Circle May 27 at 9:41 a.m. in reference to larceny. Two AC motors with a combined value of $432 were reported stolen

Police were dispatched to the 2100 block of Fulkerson Drive May 28 at 5:43 a.m. in reference to a stolen vehicle. A white 2019 Nissan Frontier pickup truck was reported stolen.
