Several charged with driving under the influence

Arrests/citations

Anthony Leyva was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs May 30 at 12:10 a.m. in the zero block of West Wells Street.

Albert Neria Cruz was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs May 30 at 3:09 p.m. in the 700 block of North Union Avenue.

Jerry Jesus Romero was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs May 30 at 10:48 p.m. in the 400 block of East Walnut Street.

Alvin Ray Sedillo was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs May 31 at 5:42 a.m. in the 100 block of South Kentucky Avenue.

Damon Fanning was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs and battery against a household member June 2 at 1:42 a.m. in the 400 block of Pinon Avenue.

Daniel Ridge Madison was charged with reckless driving June 2 at 11:23 a.m. in the 600 block of West Deming Street.

Jose De Jesus Campos-Reyes was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs June 2 at 11:01 p.m. in the 3100 block of South Main Street.

Ricky Enrique Arreola was charged with shooting at a dwelling, occupied building or motor vehicle June 3 at 5:25 a.m. in the 700 block of South Elm Avenue.

Leroy Fuentez was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs June 4 ar 3:27 a.m. in the 300 block of East Wildy Street.

 

Criminal damage

Police responded to a call Monday in the 1600 block of North Sycamore Avenue May 30 at 11:53 a.m. in reference to criminal damage. A tire valued at $184 was reported damaged.

Police responded to a call in the zero block of East Wells Street May 30 at 11:33 a.m. in reference to criminal damage to a 2012 Chevy Captiva. Two tires with a combined value of $200 and a windshield valued at $2,000 were reported damaged.

An officer was dispatched to the 2200 block of Palomar Drive May 30 at 2:26 p.m. in reference to possible criminal damage. A house air conditioning unit valued at $9,000 was reported damaged.

Police responded to a call in the 800 block of North Missouri Avenue June 1 at 10:26 a.m. in reference to criminal damage. Two windows valued at $100 were reported damaged.

An officer was dispatched to the 1400 block of South Washington Avenue June 2 at 8:46 a.m. in reference to criminal damage. A double-paned window valued at $200 was reported damaged.

Police were dispatched to the 1300 block of North Main Street June 3 at 1 p.m. in reference to criminal damage. A metal ashtray valued at $100 was reported damaged.

An officer responded to a call in the 100 block of Lighthall Place June 3 at 6:24 p.m. in reference to criminal damage. A television valued at $600 was reported damaged.

An officer was flagged down by a group of individuals in the 100 block of E Street June 3 at 6:35 p.m. in reference to criminal damage. The side of a 2005 Buick valued at $300 and a fence valued at $100 were both reported damaged.

 

Larceny/theft

Police were dispatched to the 1100 block of East Bland Street May 29 at 2:33 a.m. in reference to the burglary of a 1995 Dodge pickup truck. Vehicle parts and accessories with a combined value of $100 were reported stolen.

An officer on a traffic stop May 29 at 10:34 p.m. responded to a larceny from buildings in the 200 block of East Deming Street. Cash in the amount of $30, necklaces and rings valued at $200, a green and orange backpack valued at $20, an Otero debit card valued at $1, a phone charger valued at $20, a driver’s license valued at $30, personal documents valued at $10 and house and car keys valued at $100 were all reported stolen.

Police responded to a call May 31 at 5:52 p.m. in the 100 block of South Pennsylvania Avenue in reference to a suspicious subject. A tool valued at $50 and a Dell computer valued at $50 were reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched to the 400 block of West Country Club Road June 3 at 6:34 a.m. in reference to a larceny. An LG cellphone valued at $800 was reported stolen.

Police were dispatched to the 900 block of North Beech Street June 3 at 7:57 p.m. in reference to a burglary. Cash in the amount of $100 was reported stolen and a door valued at $80 was reported damaged.

An officer was dispatched to the 3800 block of South Main Street June 4 at 7:22 p.m. in reference to a stolen 2007 Jeep Commander.
