RPD responds to possible Molotov cocktail in driveway

The following public records are from the Roswell Police Department and can be viewed at rpdp2c.org. All people arrested or cited are presumed innocent.

Police were dispatched to the 600 block of Redwood Street June 29 at 10:11 a.m. in reference to a possible Molotov cocktail thrown into a driveway.

 

Arrests/citations

Lawrence Dillard was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs June 26 at midnight in the 600 block of Mulberry Street.

Armando Bryan Garcia was charged with controlled or counterfeit substance, distribution prohibited and obstructing an officer June 26 at 11:45 p.m. in the 2800 block of North Main Street.

Martin Talamantes was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs June 27 at 5:09 a.m. in the 1600 block of South Main Street.

Marshall David Lufkin was charged with resisting, evading or obstructing an officer June 28 at 4:25 a.m. in the 400 block of West Country Club Road.

David Estrada was charged with unlawful taking of a motor vehicle June 30 at 3:56 a.m. in the 1300 block of Yale Drive.

Kristan Rachelle Neff was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs July 2 at 7:09 a.m. in the 3000 block of North Main Street.

 

Criminal damage

An officer responded to a criminal damage call June 29 at 7:03 a.m. in the 800 block of West Summit Street. A rear driver’s passenger panel valued at $1,000 in a 2014 Honda Accord was reported damaged.

 

Larceny/theft

An officer was dispatched to the 100 block of East Gillis Street June 26 at 10:15 a.m. in reference to a larceny. A two-light Husky light stand valued at $100; a three-light Husky stand valued at $100; a drill tool valued at $500; a D-Walt Grinder valued at $120; hammers, levers and tape with a combined value of $120; an 8-foot step ladder valued at $140; and a 45-gallon Yeti cooler valued at $300 were all reported stolen.

Police were dispatched to a burglary in progress June 28 at 11:44 p.m. in the 700 block of North Virginia Avenue. Wire piping valued at $100 was reported stolen.

An officer responded to a call in the 700 block of South Sunset Avenue June 29 at 11:48 a.m. in reference to an embezzlement. A Milwaki drill and impact set valued at $279 and a Milwaki hacksaw valued at $159 were both reported stolen. An individual was also reported to have made $1,032.73 in fraudulent card transactions.

Police were dispatched to the 400 block of South Pennsylvania Avenue June 29 at 5:04 p.m. in reference to a larceny from buildings. An X-Box with two controllers, a headset and a GS with a combined value of $500 were reported missing.

An officer was dispatched June 30 at 6:37 a.m. to the 1300 block of Yale Drive in reference to the unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. A 2020 Nissan Altima was reported stolen.

Police responded to a call in the 3100 block of Purdue Drive July 2 at 11:46 p.m. in reference to a robbery with a firearm. Cash in the amount of $10,000, an LG cellphone valued at $900 and a Samsung cellphone valued at $850 were reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched to the 300 block of Lewis Street July 3 at 12:12 a.m. in reference to a burglary. A 47-inch Samsung TV valued at $600 was reported stolen.
