Engine and gas tank on pickup reported damaged

Police were dispatched Aug. 18 at 10:52 p.m. to the 3300 block of Bandolina Avenue in reference to a report of criminal damage. An engine and gas tank with a combined value of $30,000 on a Dodge Ram 150 were reported damaged after water was poured into them.

Arrests/citations

Alicia Alfaro was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs Aug. 14 at 7 p.m. in the 100 block of North Sycamore Avenue.

Miguel Alvarado was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs Aug. 15 at 3:30 a.m. in the 200 block of Ballard Street.

Danny Herrington was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs Aug. 16 at 2:56 a.m. in the 400 block of West Country Club Road.

Raul Munoz-Flores was charged with shoplifting Aug. 17 at 5:05 p.m. after allegedly shoplifting $100 in jeans and shirts from a 4500 block of North Main Street location.

Audrey Rose Petty was charged Aug. 20 at 8:16 p.m. with unlawful taking of a motor vehicle in the 600 block of South Delaware Avenue.

Arson/criminal damage

An officer responded Aug. 15 at 6:50 p.m. to the 600 block of North Kentucky Avenue in reference to an incident. A vehicle body and windshield of a 2012 Buick with a combined value of $25,000 were reported damaged.

Police were dispatched Aug. 15 at 12:01 a.m. in the 3000 block of North Main Street in reference to a stolen 2002 Honda Civic.

An officer was dispatched to the 1000 block of West Summit Street Aug. 16 at 2:25 p.m. in reference to a vehicle burglary of a 2012 Honda Civic. Cash in the amount of $150 and a Kahara CM40 firearm valued at $300 were reported stolen. A 65-inch LG TV valued at $200 was reported damaged.

Police responded to the 1200 block of Marker Road Aug. 17 at 8:54 a.m in reference to a criminal damage report. A glass door valued at $700 was reported damaged.

An officer was dispatched Aug. 17 at 8:53 a.m. to the 2600 block of Cornell Drive in reference to a burglary forced entry. A restroom window valued at $100 and a garage door valued at $400 were reported damaged.

Police were dispatched Aug. 18 at 2:47 p.m. to the 1300 block of South Main Street in reference to criminal damage. A door valued at $600, of a 2015 Toyota, was reported damaged.

An officer responded Aug. 18 at 9:46 p.m. to a criminal damage call in the 300 block of Hermosa Drive. A front door valued at $500 was reported damaged.

An officer responded Aug. 19 at 3:34 a.m. to a criminal damage call in the 400 block of South Ohio Avenue. A chain link fence valued at $1,000 was reported damaged, a vehicle valued at $20,000 was reported burned and a tool box with tools valued at $400 was reported stolen.

Larceny/theft

An officer responded Aug. 14 at 4:04 p.m. to the 1100 block of South Main Street in reference to a larceny. An iPhone valued at $1,000 was reported stolen.

Police were dispatched Aug. 15 at 12:30 a.m. to the 800 block of North Kentucky Avenue in reference to a burglary call. An Apple iPad Mini valued at $600 and a laptop valued at $400 were reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched Aug. 16 at 9:23 a.m. to the 1000 block of Fern Drive in reference to a larceny from a motor vehicle. An air compressor valued at $200 and a Pelican ice chest valued at $450 were reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched Aug. 18 at 9 a.m. in the 5000 block of North Main Street in reference to a shoplifting. A tree swing valued at $59.99 and an Impact wrench valued at $199.99 were both reported stolen.

Police responded Aug.19 at 8:30 a.m. to the 300 block of West McGaffey Street in reference to a vehicle burglary. A SIG Sauer P320 valued at $600 was reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched to the 3100 block of Circle Diamond Drive Aug. 19 at 10:30 a.m. in reference to a stolen vehicle. A 2019 Ford Expedition was reported stolen.

Police responded Aug. 18 at 9 p.m. to a burglary forced entry in the zero block of East Byrne Street. A 75-inch TV valued at $200 was reported stolen.

Police responded to a call in the 4500 block of North Main Street Aug. 19 at 12:30 a.m. in reference to a larceny. A Samsung Note 10 Plus valued at $1,000 was reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched to the 2600 block of West 2nd Street Aug. 19 at 7:08 p.m. in reference to the unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. A 2013 Jeep Wrangler was reported stolen.

Police responded Aug. 20 at 3:38 p.m. to a call from the 2000 block of South Sunset Avenue in reference to a stolen vehicle. A motorcycle was reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched to the 400 block of Hemlock Avenue Aug. 20 at 4:09 p.m. in reference to a burglary call. A laptop valued at $400 was reported stolen.
