Kathi Lyn Corn, 68, went home to be with her Heavenly Father on Monday, August 31, 2020. Please take a moment and share a kind thought or memory with Kathi’s family at www.andersonbethany.com.

The oldest of two daughters, Kathi, was born to Dick and Rusty Corn on August 8, 1952. She was raised and lived in Chaves County most of her life. Kathi was involved in ranching and raising her two children as her day to day. She loved horses and always rode a really nice horse all the time. Calf roping took over Kathi’s life and she studied it to help Jarret become the best he could be. Lots of days of letting out and untying calves in any weather she would never quit till the practice was complete. Jarret could run by scenarios about calf horses or roping till the day she passed and receive advise. Kathi split time between the arena and the dance studio supporting Stephani. She attended many recitals and competitions with Stephani. Kathi was the constant babysitter for Cash so Stephani could teach dance and coach girls.

Kathi “Gaga” was the grandmother to four boys that always loved the often presents she would give them. She always had a way of communicating to Cash and snuggling with him. Gaga wanted to know how the boys did in sports and their roping.

Survivors include Kathi’s daughter, Stephani Greathouse of Roswell, NM; son, Jarret and wife Autumn of Plains, TX; grandchildren: Cash Greathouse, Tucker Corn, Knox Corn, Lathe Corn; as well as her sister, Shelly Head and Terry Head.

Kathi was preceded in her death by her parents, Dick and Rusty Corn.
