NMDOT welcomes input at meeting on US 380 study

The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) and the Federal Highway Administration are hosting a public information meeting on the U.S. 380 proposed corridor improvement study. Members of the public are invited to attend the meeting, view the study presentation, review existing conditions, ask questions and provide feedback, according to a press release issued by NMDOT.

Due to the COVID-19 health emergency, the public meeting will be held online. The meeting will take place Wednesday, Sept. 23 at 5:30 p.m. at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82566362792.

The district engineer will provide introductions and overview. Study team representatives will present and provide an update on the study, which includes an engineering and environmental analysis on the corridor’s existing conditions and proposed improvements.

The introduction will begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by a presentation at 5:40 p.m. with questions and comments immediately after.

The U.S. 380 project limits run from eastern Roswell through Tatum to the New Mexico/Texas state line.
