Birdhouse reported stolen on North Wilshire Boulevard

Police responded to a larceny call Oct. 5 at 7:20 p.m. in the 2700 block of North Wilshire Boulevard. A birdhouse valued at $250 was reported stolen.

Arrests/citations

Zachariah M. Thurman was charged with unlawful possession of a switchblade Oct. 3 at 3:33 a.m. in the 600 block of South Pine Avenue.

Carlos Garcia-Limon was charged with firearms, destructive devices, receipt transport by a felon Oct. 3 at 9:32 p.m. in the 600 block of North Main Street.

James Ibarra was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs Oct. 4 at 12:01 a.m. in the 100 block of East Berrendo Road.

Alejandra Alicia Mendoza was charged with battery upon a peace officer Oct. 4 at 2:37 a.m. in the 200 block of Pima Drive.

Criminal damage

An officer responded to a commercial alarm Oct. 4 at 12:24 a.m. in the 1800 block of West Second Street. A door window valued at $150 was reported damaged.

Police were dispatched to the 600 block of West Country Club Road Oct. 5 at 7:25 a.m. in reference to criminal damage. A John Deere 672D motor grader window valued at $1,000 was reported damaged.

An officer responded to a domestic disturbance Oct. 6 at 9:56 p.m. in the 1600 block of Ohio Avenue. A tire valued at $150 on a 2018 Hyundai Sonata was reported damaged.

Police responded to a criminal damage call Oct. 8 at 8:30 a.m. in the 700 block of South Main Street. A window valued at $500 was reported damaged.

Larceny/theft

Police were dispatched to the 600 block of East Summit Street Oct. 3 at 9:10 p.m. in reference to an aggravated burglary non-forced. A Ruger handgun valued at $350 was reported stolen.

An officer responded Oct. 4 at 8:01 a.m. to a vehicle burglary in the 1000 block of South Beech Avenue. Cash in the amount of $140 was reported stolen.

Police responded to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle Oct. 4 at 9:17 a.m. in the zero block of West Martin Street. A 2004 Chevy pickup was reported stolen.

Police were dispatched to the 300 block of South Sycamore Avenue Oct. 4 at 7:28 a.m. in reference to the unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. A 2020 Hyundai was reported stolen.

An officer responded to a vehicle burglary of a 2019 Hyundai Oct. 4 at 10:04 p.m. in the 1700 block of West Summit Street. A backpack valued at $30, a Dell laptop valued at $800, a Titan calculator valued at $1,000, a suitcase valued at $30, a Hewlitt Packard desktop printer valued at $30, and Ray Cone earbuds valued at $60 were all reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched to the 1900 block of South Sunset Avenue Oct. 5 at 7:45 a.m. in reference to a vehicle burglary. A Taurus handgun valued at $246, a wallet valued at $50, as well as a Social Security card, a driver’s license and a debit card were all reported stolen.

Police responded to a larceny call Oct. 5 at 1:41 p.m. in the 2100 block of West Second Street. A TV valued at $500, a blender valued at $35, clothes and furs valued at $400 and cash in the amount of $465 were all reported stolen.

An officer responded to a burglary call Oct. 5 at 3:24 p.m. in the 1300 block of North Garden Avenue. A Dewal chop saw valued at $180, a concrete saw valued at $1,000, a wheelbarrow valued at $130, a tool valued at $5,000, a STIHL weed eater valued at $200, a Yamaha generator valued at $1,000, four padlocks with a combined value of $80 and copper wire valued at $3,000 were reported stolen.

Police were dispatched to the 3600 block of North Main Street Oct. 6 at 8:18 a.m. in reference to a vehicle burglary. A Husky waterproof box valued at $200 and a suitcase of clothes and personal effects with a combined value of $100 were reported stolen.

An officer responded to the larceny of a bicycle Oct. 6 at 10:30 a.m. in the 3600 block of West Second Street. A URO Spartan bicycle valued at $500 was reported stolen.

Police were dispatched to the 1200 block of West Hobbs Street Oct. 6 at 4:19 p.m. in reference to the burglary of a 2001 Ford Mustang that happened the night before. A Smith & Wesson XD 40 handgun valued at $333.20 was reported stolen.

An officer responded to the unlawful taking of a vehicle Oct. 7 at 1 p.m. in the 1300 block of Southeast Main Street. A 2015 Ford Transit-350 was reported stolen.

Police responded to a vehicle burglary Oct. 6 at 7:51 a.m. in the 200 block of Pear Street. A pink purse valued at $150 was reported stolen from a 2015 Dodge Dart.

An officer responded to the unlawful taking of a motor vehicle Oct. 6 at 7:51 a.m. in the 200 block of Pear Street. A 2012 GMC was reported stolen.

Police were dispatched to the 4500 block of North Main Street Oct. 6 at 4:39 p.m. in reference to a vehicle burglary. An iPod valued at $100, a purse valued at $50, and a necklace valued at $50 were all reported stolen from a 1999 Chevy.

An officer was dispatched to the Roswell Police Department Oct. 7 at 6:35 p.m. about a vehicle burglary that had happened the night before in the 600 block of Broken Arrow Road. A Glock 19x 9 mm handgun valued at $669.99 was reported stolen from a vehicle.

Police responded to a vehicle burglary Oct. 7 at 8:46 a.m. to the 600 block of East Sixth Street in reference to a vehicle burglary. A purse valued at $75, a wallet valued at $65, cash valued at $613 and a lighter were all reported stolen from a 2011 Chevy Suburban.

An officer was dispatched to the 200 block of West First Street Oct. 6 at 10:42 p.m. in reference to a larceny. Clothing valued at $100 was reported stolen.

Police were dispatched to the 1100 block of East Walnut Street Oct. 7 at 9:25 a.m. in reference to a vehicle burglary. A Duralast carjack valued at $50, a car battery valued at $99 and a knife valued at $15 were reported stolen from a 1997 Toyota.

An officer responded to a larceny Oct. 8 at 9:46 p.m. in the 600 block of South Plains Park Street. A Motorola mobile phone valued at $300 was reported stolen.
