Bar code scanner reported stolen on North Main

The following public records are from the Roswell Police Department and can be viewed at rpdp2c.org. All people arrested or cited are presumed innocent.

Police were dispatched to the 2100 block of North Main Street Oct. 11 at 5:21 p.m. in reference to a larceny. A bar code scanner valued at $950 was reported stolen.

Arrests/citations

Cynthia Duran and Danielle Lopez were each charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor Oct. 12 at 1:49 a.m. in the 600 block of East Mathews Street.

Richard Estrada Loya was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs Oct. 12 at 7:37 a.m. in the 2200 block of North Main Street.

Crystal Dawn Miller was charged with misuse of 9-1-1 on Oct. 13 at 12:51 a.m. in the 800 block of West Eighth Street.

John Craycraft was charged Oct. 13 at 11:45 a.m. with burglary of a vehicle in the 500 block of West College Boulevard. A Fieldpiece Voltmeter valued at $280 was reported stolen.

Marisola Saldana was charged with controlled substances; prohibited acts Oct. 14 at 8:21 p.m. in the 1800 block of North Missouri Avenue.

Bryan Madrid was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs Oct.15 at 12:55 a.m. in the 900 block of North Atkinson Avenue.

Justin Kyle Powers was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs Oct. 15 at 7:18 p.m. in the 1200 block of Union Avenue.

Criminal damage

Police were dispatched to the 1700 block of West Walnut Street Oct. 13 at 7:32 p.m. in reference to a criminal damage. A driver’s side mirror valued at $100 on a 2013 Chevy Tahoe was reported damaged.

An officer responded to a criminal damage call Oct. 14 at 10:59 a.m. in the 100 block of South Union Avenue. A glass door valued at $300 and phone lines valued at $100, which had been cut, were each reported damaged.

Larceny/theft

An officer responded Oct. 12 at 12:15 a.m. to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle in the 1200 block of North Atkinson Avenue. A 1989 Nissan pickup truck was reported stolen.

Police were dispatched to the 2800 block of North Kentucky Avenue Oct. 12 at 7:55 a.m. in reference to a vehicle burglary. A car battery valued at $200 was reported stolen from a 1995 Chevy.
