Cart with $2,153 worth of items stolen on North Main

An officer was dispatched to the 2800 block of North Main Street Nov. 21 at 4:42 p.m. in reference to a shoplifting. A male and female were reported to have stolen a cart of items with a combined value of $2,153.77

Arrests/citations

Joseph Riley Russell was charged with possession, delivery or manufacture of drug paraphernalia Nov. 21 at 1:36 a.m. in the 100 block of West Second Street.

Kelly Hardin was charged with controlled substances; possession prohibited Nov. 21 at 3:04 a.m. in the 900 block of North Beech Avenue.

Isaac Montes was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs Nov. 22 at 2:30 a.m. in the 700 block of Three Cross Drive.

Arthur Tutor Dutchover was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs Nov. 25 at 10:38 a.m. in the 500 block of North Garden Avenue.

Manuel Candelaria was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs Nov. 26 at 7:47 p.m. in the 700 block of North Main Street.

Javier Albert Gurrola was charged with aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs Nov. 27 at 1:29 a.m. in the 800 block of West Buena Vista Street.

Criminal damage

Police responded Nov. 21 at 6:40 p.m. to a criminal damage call in the 700 block of South Wyoming Avenue. A window valued at $250 was reported damaged.

An officer responded Nov. 23 at 2:43 a.m. to an unknown trouble in the 500 block of South Pennsylvania Avenue. Two windows, each valued at $100, were reported damaged.

Police were dispatched to the 200 block of North Main Street Nov. 23 at 11:40 a.m. in reference to criminal damage. A window valued at $1,350 was reported damaged.

Larceny/theft

Police were dispatched to the 800 block of North Pennsylvania Avenue Nov. 20 at 9:58 a.m. in reference to a larceny from a motor vehicle. Two pairs of eyeglasses with a combined value of $160, carwash coupons valued at $35, two Leatherman knives with a combined value of $187 and a Swiss Army knife valued at $65 were all reported stolen.

An officer responded to a burglary forced entry Nov. 20 at 4:05 p.m. in the 600 block of West Second Street. A power drill valued at $55, a drill compressor valued at $55, a power saw valued at $50, stock wheels valued at $500, documents valued at $15 and a battery pack valued at $75 were all reported stolen.

Police responded to a burglary non-forced Nov. 21 at 1:57 p.m. in the 1200 block of North Washington Avenue. Hydrocodone valued at $50, Amoxapine valued at $50 and a Samsung 55-inch TV valued at $500 were all reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched to the 4500 block of North Main Street Nov. 21 at 9:51 p.m. in reference to a shoplifting. A craft tool valued at $47.97 and a “2-pack combo kit” valued at $59 were both reported stolen.

Police were dispatched Nov. 25 at 1 a.m. to the 2100 block of North Main Street in reference to a vehicle burglary and fraud. A woman’s wallet valued at $20 and a Samsung Note 8 cellphone valued at $800 were both reported stolen from a 2005 Chrysler Town and Country.

An officer responded Nov. 27 at 6:27 a.m. to the unlawful taking of a motor vehicle in the 200 block of East Hobbs Street. A 2001 Dodge was reported stolen.
