The City of Roswell Water Billing Office will be closed Thursday and Friday, Dec. 3 and 4, as well as Monday, Dec. 7, in order for a computer-software conversion to take place.

Beginning Dec. 3, the online bill-pay service will be temporarily shut down to accommodate the conversion to the new system, according to a press release issued by the city. The online bill-pay system will return to operation as soon as possible after the software conversion is complete.

Customers who usually pay their bills during this office-closure period will be able to pay the bills after Dec. 7 with no penalties. Bills can be paid during this period by using the drop box across the street from the office (415 N. Richardson Ave.). Water service will not be interrupted during the computer-software conversion.
