The City of Roswell Water Billing Office will continue to be closed for at least a couple more days as it transitions to a new computer billing system.

The office will remain closed Tuesday and Wednesday, Dec. 8 and 9, according to a press release issued by the city Monday.

The online bill-pay service is temporarily shut down to accommodate the conversion to the new system.

Customers who usually pay their bills during this office-closure period will be able to pay the bills later with no penalties. Bills can be paid during this period by using the drop box across the street from the office, 415 N. Richardson Ave. Water service will not be interrupted during the computer-software conversion, according to the press release.
