Ramon Trujillo-Loya and Zachery Tyler Donnel were charged with larceny under $250 after police responded Dec. 9 at 3:21 p.m. in the area of 17th Street and Union Avenue. A toilet valued at $165 was reported stolen.
Mark Vasquez was charged with shooting at a dwelling, occupied building or from a motor vehicle Dec. 6 at 8:20 a.m. in the 200 block of East Church Street.
Vicky Lynn Clark was charged with controlled substances, possession prohibited Dec. 9 at 12:02 p.m. in the 300 block of Birch Avenue.

David James Barbour was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs Dec. 10 at 9:49 p.m. in the 1300 block of East Hobson Road.
An officer was dispatched to the 2400 block of North Grand Avenue Dec. 8 at 12:35 a.m. in reference to reports of criminal damage and shots fired. A television valued at $2,500, two double-paned windows valued at $2,500, a curtains valued at $39, a snow globe valued at $20, DVDs valued at $80, and two mirrors with a combined value of $1,000 were reported damaged. Two single-occupancy dwellings are reported to have sustained a combined $3,000 in damage.
Police were dispatched to the the 600 block of East Second Street Dec. 4 at 7:29 a.m. in reference to someone attempting to cash a check that was made out to a 900 block of North Garden Avenue business.
An officer was dispatched to the 5000 block of North Main Street Dec. 5 at 11:42 a.m. in reference to a larceny. Cash in the amount of $300 was reported stolen.
Police responded to a larceny of a vehicle Dec. 5 at 9:21 p.m. in the 400 block of East Bland Street. A Chanel black leather purse valued at $1,200, a Louis Vuitton brown leather wallet valued at $800, and cash in the amount of $200 were reported stolen from a 2008 Chevy HHR.
An officer responded to the unlawful taking of a vehicle Dec. 7 at 10:58 a.m. in the 500 block of South Montana Avenue. A 1992 Ford Tempo was reported stolen.
Police responded to a larceny from a building Dec. 8 at 11:29 a.m. in the 600 block of West Church Street. Two wedding rings with a combined value of $2,600, a watch valued at $75, a jewelry box valued at $75, a Google Chromebook valued at $200, a men’s wedding ring valued at $200, a necklace valued at $100, cash in the amount of $100, earrings valued at $20, and miscellaneous jewelry with a combined value of $100 were reported stolen.
An officer was dispatched to the 1400 block of West Eighth Street Dec. 10 at 11:29 a.m. in reference to the unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. A 1995 Ford F-150 white pickup truck was reported stolen.
Police responded to a vehicle burglary Dec. 10 at 8:33 a.m. in the 600 block of West Barnett Drive. A purse and wallet with a combined value of $120 were reported stolen, along with a Social Security card, birth certificate and five debit and credit cards.
