Wanda Revonne Rowland went to Heaven on Sunday, November 29, 2020, from COVID complications. Please take a moment and share a fond memory or kind expression of sympathy for Wanda’s family at www.andersonbethany.com.
On March 23, 1930, Wanda was born to W.L. Prince and Mamie Graham in Eldorado, Oklahoma. She had a heart of gold. Her favorite song was “Don’t step on my blue suede shoes” and loved Christian music. Wanda would always tell me she would “spank me pretty” if I would say a bad word. I will never forget that!!! At least she isn’t suffering anymore. Heaven gained another angel. Wanda will be missed by all. Rest in Peace, my sweet aunt. I love you to the moon and back.
Wanda was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Irish Rowland; father, W.L. Prince; mother, Mamie Prince; sisters: Patricia Pugh, Irene Renfro, Evalea Lovison and Meryl Prince; brothers: Don Prince, Erdmon Prince and J.W. Prince.
Those left to cherish Wanda’s memory her son, Mr. and Mrs. Daryl Wilson; daughter, Judy Lynn Cox and husband Jerry, niece, Donna Jean Gutierrez and husband Michael; nephew, Kevin Prince; numerous nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
Wanda’s tribute was written by her niece, Donna Jean “Prince” Gutierrez.
