Janice Kay Palmer, 59, of Roswell, New Mexico went to be with the Lord on December 6, 2020 in Houston TX, surrounded by loved ones.

A Celebration of life will be December 19, 2020 at Grace Community Church at 10:00 am. Please feel free to wear casual Christmas attire as it was Janice’s favorite holiday and loved her Christmas shirts.

Janice was born August 1, 1961 to Robert and Barbara Cain. She went to high school at Roswell High School class of 1979. She married Tom Palmer on July 21, 1979 in Roswell, New Mexico.

She worked as an escrow officer for 25 years and enjoyed helping countless families finalize buying a home. She was involved in many church music programs including praise team, choir and children’s choir. She will be remembered for her beautiful smile, kind heart and relentless faith in Jesus Christ her savior.

Janice is survived by her beloved husband Tom Palmer, daughter Megan Perez and husband Allen, grandsons Kason and Kyler, son AJ Palmer and wife Heather, grandson Justin and granddaughter Jocelyn, brother Denny Cain and wife Shanna, brother Bryan Cain and wife Holly, nieces Sara Hankins husband Austin and daughter Rayliegh, and Haley Loving and husband Derric, sister Melissa Smith and husband Dan, nephew Bryson Smith nieces Ashton and Daci, parents Robert and Barbara Cain, uncle Bill Cain and wife Susan, and niece Sarah Davidson, nephew Casey Davidson.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to The Hope Fund care of Grace Community Church, 935 W Mescalero Roswell, New Mexico 88201.

The family of Janice wishes to extend our sincere thanks to all of those who have prayed and supported the family during this difficult time.

And so it was… that she, having waited long & endured patiently,
realized and obtained what God had promised.
