Yogurt reportedly smeared on Nissan Pathfinder

An officer was dispatched to the 2000 block of West First Street Dec. 12 at 12:24 a.m. in reference to a report of criminal damage. Glass on a screen door valued at $100 was reported damaged and a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder was reported to have sustained $10 in damage when yogurt was smeared on it.

Arrests/citations

Luis Fernando Mayorga-Martinez was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs Dec. 11 at 1:06 a.m. in the 100 block of East Sixth Street.

Lee William Standard was charged with breaking and entering Dec. 11 at 7:10 a.m. in the 100 block of East Albuquerque Street.

Alvin Ray Sedillo was charged with unlawful taking of a motor vehicle Dec. 13 at 4:30 p.m. in the 700 block of North Main Street.

Daniel Ray Calloway was charged with embezzlement of a vehicle or motor vehicle Dec. 14 at 2:59 p.m. in the 500 block of East Fifth Street.

Martin Manuel Villalobos was charged with possession of marijuana Dec. 14 at 6:18 p.m. in the 1900 block of North Main Street.

Ruben Nathan Delcerda was charged with driving while license suspended or revoked Dec. 15 at 9:45 p.m. in the 100 block of West Alameda Street.

Maverick Romario Revolorio was charged with driving while license suspended or revoked Dec. 16 at 11:34 p.m. in the 1200 block of West Eighth Street.

David Gonzales was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession prohibited Dec. 17 at 12:57 a.m. in the 2100 block of Sunset Avenue.

Megan Marie Hill was charged with unlawful taking of a vehicle or motor vehicle Dec. 18 at 2:07 a.m. in the 400 block of Ash Avenue.

Criminal damage

Police were dispatched to the 500 block of South Lea Street Dec. 11 at 2:24 a.m. in reference to a shooting at a dwelling, occupied building or from a motor vehicle. A windshield valued at $300 on a Chevy Bel Air, tires valued at $300 on a Chevy Impala as well as stucco and a window with a combined value of $500 on a building structure were reported damaged.

An officer was dispatched Dec. 13 at 8:06 a.m. to the 100 block of East Albuquerque Street in reference to a criminal damage call. A window valued at $200 was reported damaged.

Police responded Dec. 14 at 10:48 a.m. to a criminal damage call in the 100 block of 23rd Street. Four tires with a combined value of $1,000 on a 2006 Ford F-150 were reported stolen.

An officer responded Dec. 15 at 12:04 a.m. to a report of a larceny from buildings and credit card fraud. Cash in the amount of $500 was reported stolen.

Police were dispatched Dec. 15 at 12:12 a.m. to a criminal damage call in the 400 block of South Hemlock Avenue. A 2007 Toyota Corolla was reported as having sustained $1,165 in damage.

Larceny/theft

Police responded to a larceny Dec. 11 at 12:14 a.m. in the 300 block of East Sixth Street. A Smith and Wesson handgun valued at $300 was reported stolen.

Police were dispatched Dec. 13 at 7:43 a.m. to the 1600 block of North Missouri Avenue in reference to the unlawful taking of a vehicle or motor vehicle. A 2018 Kawasaki motorcycle was reported stolen and damaged.

An officer was dispatched Dec. 13 at 6 p.m. to the unlawful taking of a motor vehicle that occurred in the 2200 block of South Sunset Avenue. A Samsung Galaxy cellphone valued at $2,000 was reported stolen.

Police responded Dec. 17 at 7 a.m. to the unlawful taking of a motor vehicle in the 700 block of East Tilden Street. A 2000 Pontiac Grand Am was reported stolen.

An officer responded Dec. 18 at 5:28 a.m. to a burglary forced entry in the 100 block of South Virginia Avenue. A .22 revolver handgun valued at $250 was reported stolen.
