Born September 25, 1942 to John T. and Rutonse Burns in Pittsburg, OK. She went home to be with our Lord on Saturday, December 26, 2020.

First and foremost, she was a Lady devoted to the Lord and read her Bible every day. After graduation she moved along with family to Roswell, NM. She was very close to her brothers and sisters and they all loved and respected her dearly. Juanita went to work for Levi Strauss in 1967 and was there until they closed in 1998. She met many lifelong friends from Levi’s, one in particular was Welma Sanders who trained her.
