A loving mother and grandmother, MARIA ANGELINA GALINDO, 83, passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2021, in Roswell, New Mexico. No services will be held. Please take a moment and share a kind thought or memory with Maria’s family at www.andersonbethany.com.

On September 28, 1937, Maria was born to Manuel Sanchez and Aurora Gutierrez in Valentine, Texas. She was a member of the Jehovah’s Witness Church and liked to study the bible. Maria was a member of the Senior Circle. She enjoyed listening to music, but her greatest joy in life was spending time with her loved ones, especially her children and grandchildren, she loved them dearly. Maria was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed not only by her family and friends but by all those fortunate enough to have known her.

SURVIVORS: Left to treasure memories of Maria are her children: Eddy Galindo and wife Rosemary, Joel Galindo, Beatrice Galindo, and Norma Gamboa; grandchildren: Amber Galindo, Elizabeth House and husband Colby, Rachel Stallings and husband Elliot, Rhianna Galindo, Anthony Paz and wife Laura, Emmanuel Galindo, Antonio Galindo, and Jaime E. Gamboa and wife Magda; great-grandchildren: Braeden Paz, Brice Paz, Aubrey Paz, Ashlynn Paz, Ashton J. Galindo, Antonio J. Galindo, Ecco Galindo, Eli Galindo, Niobi Galindo, and Melanie Rose Galindo; sisters: Elma Barela, Cathy Renteria, Gracie Mireles, and Diane Anchondo; aunt, Manuela Garcia; as well as her close friends: Marylou Hermandez and Mary Vasquez.

PRECEDED: Maria is Preceded in death by her husband, Antonio Romero Galindo; parents, Manuel Sanchez and Aurora Gutierrez; brothers: Manuel Sanchez Jr and Armando Gutierrez; sister, Alicia Salcido; and daughter-in-law, Dianne Galindo.

PALLBEARERS: Those honored to serve as Pallbearers are Danny Salcido, E.J. Salcido, Steve Salcido, Anthony Paz, Emmanuel Galindo, Antonio Galindo, Jaime E. Gamboa, and Manuel Sanchez.
