Catalino “Tony” Cruz Jimenez

Catalino “Tony” Cruz Jimenez passed away on January 24th, 2021 in Denver, Colorado. He was born on November 27, 1976, to Adolfo and Balbina Cruz in Mexico. Tony gave his all and demonstrated to us how a brave warrior can take on such a devastating and aggressive form of Leukemia. He will always be remembered for his devotion to his family, always willingness to help his community, neighbors, and friends. He was a great cook, basketball player, teammate, and most of all a devoted son and father.

He is survived by his wife Ignacia, daughters Diana, Irene, Sarai and son Adolfo, father Adolfo, mother Balbina, brother Miguel, and Carlos, sisters Gregoria, Modesta, and Aurora Cruz; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. The family is extremely thankful for all your prayers and positive thoughts.

A mass is scheduled for 9 a.m. on February 1st at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Dexter, NM, followed by a funeral service for 11 a.m. at the South Park Cemetery in Roswell, NM.
