Adella Irene Jaramillo was born to Lucas and Victoria Jaramillo on June 14, 1953, in Roswell, New Mexico. Most knew her as “Della” or “Del.” As a caregiver, she dedicated her life to helping others.

Adella could brighten a room with her contagious laughter. She had such a kind soul and a heart that loved unconditionally, without judgment or expectations. Adella was a one-of-a-kind woman who would help everyone and anyone if she could. Adella understood the importance of being with family. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. Adela always enjoyed listening to good music and dancing with her family and friends. Her favorite pastime was going to the casino. Adella had a great sense of humor and taught us all how to have fun. She always knew what to say and lived a loving life without hatred. Adella is loved by so many and will be deeply missed. We ask that everyone not be sad when they think of her but instead have a drink for Adella at the casino.

Left to treasure memories of Della are her lifelong companion, Juan Mendoza; children: Cynthia, Theresa, and Celestino Gonzales, Jonathan Mendoza and Sky Arce, and Leticia Jaramillo; grandchildren: Vanessa Borunda and Armando Borunda and wife Valerie Tavarez; great-grandchildren: Alejandro and Isaiah Serrano, Azmariah, Jordan, Nathaniel, and Ezekiel Borunda; as well as her siblings: Margarita Jaramillo, Angel Beck, and Inez Jaramillo.

Della is preceded in death by her parents, Lucas and Victoria Jaramillo; siblings: Jose Jaramillo, Ginovevo Jaramillo, Demetria Flores, and Concepcion Lopez Jaramillo.

Those honored to serve as Pallbearers are Armando Borunda, Arturo Duran, Jose Mendoza, Nicolas Serrano, Danny Jaramillo, and Alfred Jaramillo.
