City to help water customers set up online accounts

The city of Roswell is offering in-person assistance to its water customers needing help setting up their accounts on the city’s new online payment system, according to a press release issued by the city.

The city recently transitioned from one water bill-pay online system to another. Customers who wish to use the online system and would like help in setting up their new accounts can stop by the Roswell Adult Center, 807 N. Missouri Ave., on any of three days — Monday, Feb. 8; Wednesday, Feb. 10; Friday, Feb. 12 — from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Computers will be available and city staff will be present to assist water customers by walking them through the step-by-step process to set up an account on the new system.

No reservation is necessary. Water customers can stop by anytime during the scheduled days and times. Customers should bring with them their latest water bill since it contains account information that is needed to set up a new online account.
