Graveside service for Mona Kay Crow, age 82, of Morton, Texas, is scheduled for 2:00 PM, Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at Morton Memorial Cemetery with Douglas Hale officiating. The family will receive guests from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM, Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at Ellis Funeral Home in Morton. Mona died Sunday, February 7, 2021 in Roswell, New Mexico.

She was born September 26, 1938 in Dora, New Mexico to Lauvell and Pansy (Richards) Evans. She married Noel Crow in Lubbock, Texas on January 1, 2003.

Mona graduated from Dora High School in 1956. She was the Deputy County Clerk in Chaves County for many years, retiring in 2001. She was a member of the Morton Senior Citizens Center, and Eastside Church of Christ in Morton. Mona enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Mona is preceded in death by a son, Ed Bowley and his parents.

Mona is survived by her husband, Noel of Morton, Texas; her two daughters, Nola Miller and her husband, Tim of Roswell, New Mexico and Susan Coffman and her husband, Joel of Marietta, Georgia; her daughter-in-law, Zandra Bowley of Andrews, Texas; her three step-sons, Dwayne Crow and his wife, Teresa of Campbell, Texas, Scott Kelley and his wife, Margo of Gilbert, Arizona and Shawn Kelley and his wife, Jonie of Moseley, Virgina; her two step-daughters, Arlene Monroe of Austin, Texas and Teresa Tipton and her husband, Ken of Agency, Iowa; her sister, Marie Hale and her husband, Doug of Lubbock, Texas; her brother, Thurston Evans of Dora, New Mexico; her thirteen grandchildren, Alycia Wright, Shaina Blair, Matt Bowley, Alana Rivera, Bryttany Miller, Amber Coffman, Steve Zaehler, Natasha Crow, Rebekah Noncarrow, Holly Bodmier, April Brashear, Jacob Loveless and Whitney Santi; and her four great-grandchildren, Slay Bowley, Lane Wright, Anna Rose Blair and Colton Wright.
