Myrta “Nan” Beatty  passed away on Thursday, February 18, 2021. She was 89 years old and was named after her grandmothers, Myrta Frances Cunningham and Nannie Ellen Williams. She was proceeded in death by her father, Allan Ferguson Cunningham, husband Bobby Frank Vickers and second husband James L. Beatty. Nan has lived in various states and cities which some of them were Austin, Texas, St. Petersburg, Florida, Abilene Texas,. Pecos, Texas, Indo, California, and Roswell, New Mexico.

When Nan married her second husband, she instantly became a wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Family is not always blood. It is the people in your life who want you I theirs. Our blended family will always be joined together forever.

Tremendous appreciation goes to her Hospice Nurses from Encompass and her wonderful caretakers from Comfort Keepers. She often told us that she felt like a queen when her main caretaker from Comfort Keepers was attending her.

God saw you getting tired, and a cure was not to be, so he put his arms around you and whispered, “Come to Me”. May God take you home be joined with your loved ones and give peace to your loved ones left behind.

“Jesus replied, ‘I assured you that today you will be with me in paradise.”
