Kayak reported stolen on West Brasher

An officer responded May 12 at 1:18 p.m. to a larceny call in the 300 block of West Brasher Road. A kayak valued at $875 was reported stolen.

Arrests/citations

Monique Cruz Terrazas was charged May 9 at 12:09 a.m. with false imprisonment and controlled substances, possession prohibited at an 1800 block of North Lea Avenue location.

Joshua Benjamin Ramirez was charged May 9 at 12:48 a.m. with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs at a 500 block of East 6th Street location.

David Lee Gonzales on May 9 at 6:07 a.m. was charged with controlled substances, possession prohibited at a 400 block of West 2nd Street location.

Irma Macias on May 10 at 2:05 p.m. was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs at the intersection of East 19th Street and North Garden Avenue.

Jesse Ray Barbarez was charged May 11 at 9:36 a.m. with bribery, intimidation of witness, and retaliation against witness at a 100 block of East Walnut Street location.

Merritt Whitelow was charged May 11 at 10:50 a.m. with aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs at a 400 block of West Country Club Road location.

Ashley Marie Sepulveda was charged May 11 at 6:25 p.m. with driving while license suspended or revoked at a 400 block of South Beech Avenue residence.

Robert Crespin Servantez was charged May 11 at 6:53 p.m. with controlled substances, possession prohibited in the 600 block of West Albuquerque Street.

Teresa Joan Mollmeyer was charged May 12 at 6:27 p.m. with aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs at a 3700 block of South Main Street location.

Arson/criminal damage

Police responded May 7 at 12:59 a.m. to a criminal damage call in the 100 block of East Country Club Road. Three tires with a combined value of $750 were reported damaged.

An officer was dispatched May 7 at 8:30 p.m. to a reported aggravated assault with a knife and criminal damage call in the 600 block of South Main Street. A 2019 Toyota reportedly sustained $2,000 in damage.

Police were dispatched May 9 at 7:34 p.m. to a criminal damage call in the 100 block of South Union Avenue. A glass front door valued at $1,000 was reported damaged.

Police responded May 11 at 2:26 a.m. to the 900 block of South Pennsylvania Avenue in reference to a criminal damage call. A window valued at $500 was reported damaged.

An officer was dispatched May 11 at 1:16 p.m. to the 100 block of West 3rd Street in reference to a criminal damage call. A window valued at $300 was reported damaged.

Police responded May 13 at 6:04 a.m. to a criminal damage call in the 600 block of West 2nd Street. A window valued at $1,000 was reported damaged.

Larceny/theft

An officer was dispatched May 9 at 11:47 a.m. to a vehicle burglary in the 3000 block of Encanto Drive. Prescription glasses valued at $300, a wallet valued at $10, a driver’s license, a silver coin valued at $30, a watch valued at $323, Tractor Supply equipment valued at $1,260 and golf clubs valued at $1,500 were reported stolen.

Police responded May 10 at 10:32 a.m. to the 2800 block of West 2nd Street in reference to a stolen vehicle. A 2019 Dodge 1500 was reported stolen.

An officer was dispatched May 10 at 1:10 p.m. to the 1900 block of West 1st Street in reference to a robbery with a firearm. A 2003 Dodge Stratus and a Galaxy phone valued at $300 were reported stolen.

Police responded May 11 at 9:45 a.m. to a larceny from a motor vehicle and a criminal damage call in the zero block of Military Heights Drive. Two bicycle tires with a combined value of $350 were reported stolen and a camper lock valued at $100 was reported damaged.
