Arrests/citations

Valerie Bernice Acosta was charged May 15 at 2:34 a.m. with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs at a 1200 block of East 2nd Street location.

Joseph J. Horton-Vale was charged May 15 at 2:52 a.m. with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs at a 700 block of West 5th Street location.

Luis Angel Garcia-Rivera was charged May 17 at 4:46 p.m. with larceny from a 3700 block of South Atkinson Avenue location.

Michael Zeke DeLossantos was charged May 17 at 1:30 p.m with robbery in the 1200 block of South Kentucky Avenue.

David Ezequiel Palacios-Gonzales was charged May 19 at 8:25 p.m. with criminal damage to property in the 1400 block of South Garden Avenue.

Rosa Rodriguez was charged May 20 with aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs in the 3800 block of Southeast Main Street.

Francisco Javier Sanchez-Reyna was charged May 21 at 12:28 a.m. with aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs.

Arson/criminal damage

Police responded May 15 at 6:28 p.m. to a criminal damage call in the 3000 block of South Purdue Drive. A fence valued at $200 was reported damaged.

An officer was dispatched May 17 at 1:06 a.m. to an agency assist call in the 1200 block of East Alameda Street. A dumpster valued at $1,200 was reported burned and damaged.

Larceny/theft

An officer was dispatched May 14 at 8:05 p.m. to the 3300 block of North Main Street in reference to a larceny. A GT BMX bike valued at $500 was reported stolen.

Police were dispatched May 16 at 11:42 a.m. to a larceny in the 100 block of East Hervey Drive. Reported stolen were: A five-gallon bucket with extension cords valued at $30, a 20-volt battery set with a combined value of $200, an assortment of hand tools with a combined value of $100, a circular saw valued at $50, a reciprocating saw valued at $50, a 20-volt reciprocating saw valued at $199, a cordless bit driver set valued at $150, and a cordless saw valued at $200.

An officer responded May 16 at 5:14 p.m. to a larceny shoplifting call in the 4500 block of North Main Street. Laundry detergent with a combined value of $24.88, a backpack valued at $16.98, and a 50-inch TV valued at $328 were reported stolen.

Police were dispatched May 17 at midnight to the zero block of Rio Bonito Circle in reference to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. A 2008 Chevrolet was reported stolen.

An officer responded May 17 at 12:09 a.m. to a vehicle burglary in the zero block of Lafayette Loop. A Glock 9mm handgun valued at $600 was reported stolen.

Police were dispatched May 17 at 4:15 p.m. to the 2700 block of North Main Street in reference to a larceny from a vehicle. A catalytic converter valued at $500 was reported stolen from a 2016 Chevrolet.

An officer responded May 20 at 11:20 a.m to a vehicle burglary at a 300 block of Poe Place location. A Victoria Secret backpack valued at $100, a Michael Kors bag valued at $150 and airpods valued at $250 were reported stolen.
