SERVICES: A Graveside Service for Manuela will be held at South Park Cemetery on Monday, June 7, 2021, at 1:00 PM.

On February 27, 1949, Manuela was born to Gregorio Pacheco and Onofre Rascon in Sahuaripa, Sonora, Mexico. She was the beloved wife of Gildardo Padilla Rodriguez, whom she married on November 5, 1974, and preceded her in death in January of 2021. Together, they had seven beautiful children. Manuela was the strongest, incredibly loving and caring, mother and grandmother we’ve ever known; she was our “Hero.” She was the most pleasant, friendly, and full-of-life lady who loved life with so much to do. Manuela had a lifelong love of music and was blessed with an amazing voice. She always made sure to sing her soul out everywhere she went and wasn’t shy to let it be heard.

Manuela was a treasure! She always had a smile on her face and made everyone laugh. Her kindred spirit always made the best of everything. Manuela’s joyful spirit will forever dance in the hearts of everyone who loved her.

PRECEDED: Manuela was preceded in death by her husband, Gildardo Padilla Rodriguez; parents, Gregorio Pacheco and Onofre Rascon; and sister, Maria Guadalupe Pacheco.
