Robert A. Lopez, 86, entered into Heaven on 1/29/21. He was living in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on June 15, 1935 in Fort Sumner, NM to Antonio Lopez and Juanita Aragon. Robert served in the military for several years, was also a general contractor and did many jobs in New Mexico. He was also the owner of Urban Cowboy and Royal Crown. He brought many entertainments to Roswell & loved music, fishing, and camping with his family.

He has two daughters & three sons with his previous wife; two daughters with wife Viola Dutchover; grandchildren & great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son Esmael Lopez; sisters Dee Antencio, Carmel Jimenez & brothers Esmael, Tony, Arthur & Larry Lopez. He is survived by wife Viola Dutchover; daughters Jessica, Marsha & husband; daughters & sons of first wife JoAnn Lopez Palmer, Lucy & husband, Bobby Craine, Jimmy Lopez & wife Gloria, Robert Jr. Lopez & wife Kathy, sister Eslinda L. Valverde and brother Steve Lopez.

Services were done here in Roswell with Father Charlie from St. Peters. Burial took place on February 6, 2021 at South Park Cemetery.
