ENMU-R Special Services celebrates 35th commencement

Above: Jacob McElhaney, who earned a Certificate of Training in animal health care on Thursday from the Special Services Program at Eastern New Mexico University-Roswell, celebrates with his mom, Julia Bermann of El Paso, Texas. Bermann gave the parent remarks at the commencement ceremony in the Physical Education Center. She said her son gained valuable learning experiences in a safe environment and that the program has given her great peace of mind.
