Henry Garcia, 51, was born on January 22, 1970, to Eugene and Dora Garcia, in Roswell, New Mexico. He entered Heaven’s Gates on Tuesday, July 20, 2021, in Roswell, New Mexico. Henry was a truck driver for United Materials. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and uncle. He will be dearly missed by all those who loved him. Although he loved to go fishing as one of his favorite hobbies, he was especially fond of spending time with his family.

He is survived by his sons: Larry Gallegos and Jacob Standifer; grandchildren: Lorenzo Gallegos, Jayden Gallegos, and Josephine Gallegos; sister, Rosemary Lozano; brothers: Fernando Garcia, Eric Garcia and Samuel Acosta; nieces: Dora Chavez, Geneva Garcia Madrid, Ashley Lopez, Tiffany Armendarez, Jasmine Hernandez, and Destiny Doram; nephews: Saul Chavez, Johnny Rodriguez, Roberto Silvas, and Alex Garcia; great-niece, Victoria Montoya and many other special great-nieces and nephews.

Those who preceded him in death are his parents: Eugene and Dora Garcia; grandparents: Felipe Acosta, Mariana Lara Acosta, Simon Garcia, and Casamira Garcia; brother, Eugene Garcia, Jr.; sister, Juanita Chavez; and his close friend, Tony Macks.

Honored to serve as Pallbearers are Ashley Lopez, Roberto Silvas, Tiffany Armendarez, Larry Gallegos, Alex Torrez, Samuel Acosta, Louis Lozano, and Saul Chavez.

Honorary Pallbearers are Johnny Rodriguez, Ramon Madrid, Fernando Garcia, and Eric Garcia.

There will be a viewing at Anderson Bethany Funeral Home for Henry on Friday, July 30, 2021, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Anderson Bethany Funeral Home. A Rosary will be recited at Anderson Bethany Funeral Home on Saturday, July 31, 2021, at 10:30 AM, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at South Park Cemetery.
