Air conditioning unit reported stolen

Police responded Aug. 23 at 8:43 a.m. to a larceny call in the 200 block of Wilshire Boulevard. A $12,000 air conditioning unit was reported stolen.

Arrests/citations

Michael Nathaniel Hardin was charged Aug. 22 at 6:59 p.m. with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs in the 900 block of East 2nd Street.

Sarah Lynn Clark was charged Aug. 24 at 11:10 p.m. with aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs while in the 900 block of South Main Street.

Esteban Nunez-Marquez was charged Aug. 26 at 11:35 p.m. with driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs at an 1100 block of South Michigan Avenue location.

Arson/criminal damage

A $500 door was reported damaged Aug. 20 at 9:38 a.m. at a zero block of Briarwood Place address.

Police were dispatched Aug. 20 at 12:56 p.m. to the 1900 block of West Walnut Street in reference to a larceny. A firearm valued at $526 and a $45 holster were reported stolen.

A 2021 Ford pickup truck and a 2011 Cadillac Sedan were each reported to have sustained $100 in damage on Aug. 21 at 9:36 p.m. in the 600 block of Woody Drive.

On Aug. 22 at 9:23 p.m. a door and doorway valued at $375 were reported damaged at a 700 block of South Main Street address.

A window valued at $1,500 was reported damaged Aug. 22 at 11:16 p.m. at a 1400 block of South Union Avenue address.

Officers were dispatched Aug. 23 at 9:06 a.m. to the 400 block of East Mathews Street. A $150 window was reported damaged.

A driver’s side window valued at $500 was reported damaged Aug. 23 at 9:55 p.m. at a 1600 block of North Delaware Avenue address.

Police responded Aug. 24 at 9:39 a.m. to a criminal damage call in the 2900 block of Emerald Drive. A window valued at $200 was reported damaged.

Larcenies/thefts

On Aug. 20 at 6:33 a.m. a 2006 Chevy Impala was reported stolen from a 1600 block of Sunset Avenue location.

Police responded to a larceny and criminal damage call Aug. 20 at 1:11 p.m. at a 500 block of McGaffey Street address. A $2,000 radio and four door handles valued at $100 were reported stolen. A Buick, a Dodge Dakota pickup truck, two Chevy Avalanche pickups and a GMC were reported damaged.

Officers were dispatched Aug. 20 at 7:50 p.m. to a larceny from a vehicle call in the 100 block of East Lewis Street. A $300 tire with a rim was reported stolen.

An AR-15 valued at $500 and a $200 shotgun were reported stolen Aug. 21 at 10:26 a.m. from a 2100 block of West 2nd Street address.

On Aug. 21 at 12:06 p.m. several items were reported stolen from a 4500 block of North Main Street location. The items were: roller blades valued at $39.97; a coffee table valued at $29.47; a $239 queen-sized mattress; a Nerf gun valued at $34.97.

Officers were dispatched to the 400 block of South Washington Avenue Aug. 21 at 4:18 p.m. Tools valued at $300 and a $100 cellphone were reported stolen.

A 1997 Chevy was reported stolen Aug. 23 at 8:25 a.m. in the 2900 block of North Main Street.

Police at midnight on Aug. 24 responded to a report of a stolen Ford Explorer from a 2400 block of North Grand Avenue location.

Officers were dispatched to a 3000 block of South Perdue Drive address on Aug. 25 at 11:58 a.m. A 2019 Dodge 1500 pickup truck was reported stolen.

On Aug. 26 at 9:04 p.m. a 1997 Toyota Celica was reported stolen from a 600 block of West 1st Street address.
